Danbury Man Charged In Burglary Of Monroe Business A 32-year-old man has been arrested by Monroe Police for a business burglary that took place last October. Jacob Bardin, Danbury, was arrested on Monday, Feb. 4,  for a commercial burglary that took place at TLC Inc. located at 742 Main Street in Monroe on Oct. 1, 2018, said Monroe Police Lt. Stephen Corrone.
