Woman Dies From Injuries Suffered In Trumbull Crash

A driver that crashed on Route 25 in Fairfield County last week died, officials reported.

Connecticut State Police announced on Sunday, Jan. 12, that Shelton resident Jessica Kozlowski, 38, died following a crash in Trumbull on Friday, Jan. 10.

Kozlowski was driving southbound north on Route 25 near exit 6 in Trumbull when she lost control and struck a rock wall in the median, police said.

She was transported to Bridgeport Hospital with “life-threatening injuries” and pronounced dead at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Friday.

The crash remains under investigation.
