Rusty L. McClintock, of Wilton, was arrested Tuesday, Jan. 8, on failure to appear warrant for evading Wilton officers when they responded to his home for a 911 hang-up call, said the Wilton Police.
He was charged with failure to appear and held on $5,000 bond.
