According to police, the investigation led to the arrest of 61-year-old Milford resident Oswaldo Albornoz, who is accused to drinking, driving and striking the second vehicle before speeding away. Investigators said that Albornoz provided a breath sample at the scene, which found him to have “an elevated blood alcohol content,” and he was arrested.
