A 48-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute in which he is accused of injuring the victim.
Michael Graff, of Greenwich, was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 22 after Greenwich Police responded to a home on Oakwood Lane for a report of a domestic dispute, Greenwich Police said.
Once on the scene, officers found that Graff had acted in an aggressive and disorderly manner and allegedly placed his hands on the victim with enough force that red marks had been left on the skin, police said.
Graff was charged with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a child.
He posted a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, Jan. 23.
