Bear Sighted In Lakewood (Developing)

Lakewood police purportedly were responding to several bear sightings, according to developing and unconfirmed reports.

Sightings were reported between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. including near Second Street, initial reports said.

The bear also was sighted on the campus of Georgian Court University in Lakewood.
