Local residents charged include: 

Westchester County

  • On Friday, Oct. 11, State Police from Somers arrested Joseph Salerno, 51, of Lewisboro, for DWI. He was traveling on Old Pond Road in the town of Lewisboro, when he was interviewed during a welfare check. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Oct. 12, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Shannon R. Bishop, 27, of Cortlandt, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, and was interviewed during a sobriety safety checkpoint. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Oct. 12, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Angelo P. Freiras, 53, of Cortlandt, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Oct. 12, State Police from Somers arrested Rodolfo S. Machado, 24, of Cortlandt, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, when he was interviewed during a sobriety safety checkpoint. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

  • On Sunday, Oct. 13, State Police from SP Stormville arrested James G. Neff 57, of Dobbs Ferry, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Kent, and was found relieving himself near the abandoned entrance to Fahnestock Park. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 13, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Wilson B. Enriquez Pesantez 41, of White Plains, for DWI. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the town of Greenburgh, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 13, State Police from Somers arrested Edin O. Alvarez 42, of New Rochelle, for DWI. He was traveling on Sunset Drive in the town of North Salem, when he was involved in a one-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Monday, Oct. 14, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Cristiam M. Loja Pizarro 30, of Peekskill, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Dutchess County

  • On Saturday, Oct. 12, State Police from Rhinebeck arrested Camden G. Stoner 24, of Stanford, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Hyde Park, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Oct. 12, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested William J. McQuillan 46, of Beekman, for DWI. He was traveling on Beekman Road in the town of Beekman, when he was involved in a one car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Oct. 12, State Police from SP Wappinger arrested Kristin A. Holebrook 31, of Wappinger, for DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd degree, both misdemeanors. She was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Fishkill, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Fairfield County

  • On Sunday, Oct. 13, State Police from Somers arrested Dennis O’Sullivan 58, of New Fairfield, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Bedford, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 13, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Beverly M. Hunt 25, of Bridgeport, for DWI. She was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the town of Greenburgh, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 13, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Ricardo Orozco Ochoa 40, of Bridgeport, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Kent, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Oct. 13, State Police from Brewster arrested Georgina R. Corsetti 36, of Brookfield, for DWI. She was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, when she was involved in a two-car motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
