Person Struck, Killed By Metro-North New Haven Line Train

The incident took place around 5:50 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 15 on the New Haven/West Haven line, Metro-North officials said.

The train #1513 from New Haven, has been canceled and combined with another line.

Commuters are being told to listen for announcements at their station for replacements, connections. Delays are expected.

MTA officials have released little information about the incident which is under investigation.
