And Candlewood Market and Tea Emporium just opened at the Mill Plain Road complex to cater to the famished fitness buffs.
The new flagship store of Candlewood Coffee, the 2,000-square-foot market will offer hot and cold-brewed coffee and tea, Kombucha on tap and a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches and baked goods.
The brainchild of Tony Inzero of Brookfield, Candlewood Coffee has been making and selling locally roasted coffees to markets around the country for nearly a decade. The family-owned business imports fine arabicas from around the world.
The new site will offer original gifts and unusual products and a Design A Bag feature, which allows customers to create a unique coffee bag graphic for any occasion.
Candlewood opens at 5:30 a.m. for the early exercise crowd and closes at 9:30 p.m.
An official grand opening will take place Friday, Dec. 22, at 11 a.m.
