DARIEN, Conn. -- Two cars that were left unlocked at an address on Phillips Place in Darien were broken into this weekend, according to police.
Police responded to the home on Phillips Place at around 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. The homeowner reported that two vehicles that had been left unlocked in the driveway had been entered at some point in the overnight hours. The center consoles had been entered and the contents were rifled through, police said.
One of the vehicles had $10 in cash taken, but no other property was reported missing, police said. The investigation is continuing, according to police.
