DARIEN, Conn. -- The Darien Library recently announced the launch of a new online web series entitled "The Library."
The series, filmed and edited by retired advertising director Manny Perez follows day-to-day life at the Darien Library. There is much more than meets the eye when you walk into the library and the series will give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to run an award-winning library system, according to a press release.
Season 1 episodes will be released in installments throughout June and July. Concurrent with the debut of "The Library," is the launch of darienlibrary.tv. The new website connects viewers with Darien Library’s video archive.
Darienlibrary.tv offers a clean, modern design, easy-to-navigate functionality and a content-rich site experience, according to a press release. It has been designed to take advantage of new web standards, such as a responsive design, so content can be viewed easily on computers, laptops and mobile devices.
