These Fairfield County Food Trucks Rated Among Best In CT

Connecticut Magazine ranked a number of restaurants in the state based on the type of cuisine they serve as well as how they serve it. That’s right — the “panel of culinary experts” even included food trucks on its all-encompassing list. Here are the five Fairfield County trucks that made the cut:

  • Eat Justice, Bethel: Eat Justice food truck, located at Holbrook Farm (45 Turkey Plain Road), is dedicated to “harnessing the power of everyday food choices” in an effort to evolve the ways people engage with the industry and with the planet. The truck serves up tasty breakfast sandwiches, tacos, and other fresh foods sources with local ingredients. For more information, click here
  • The Green Grunion, Danbury: Found at 100 Mill Plain Road, The Green Grunion cooks up deliciously authentic Mexican cuisine on the daily.   • HAPA, Stamford: Described as American Street food blended with elements of Asian Pacific Cuisine, the options at HAPA are just as immense as its range of locations.   • M.O.C. Eatery, Stamford: Considered a variation of a “gastropub on wheels,” M.O.C. (short for “moo, oink, cluck”) has been serving up tasty burgers and chicken since its 2017 opening.   • The Tasty Yolk, Bridgeport and Fairfield: Featuring freshly prepared breakfast sandwiches and burritos with Mexican ingredients, The Tasty Yolk’s menu is smaller sized but packed full of flavor. The truck features a different special each month — February’s special is venison chili over tortilla chips with shredded cheddar jack cheese, two eggs over easy and avocado aioli.
