CT Man Accused Of Raping Woman At Boat Launch A 26-year-old woman told police that a Connecticut man she knew had raped her in her car at a Connecticut boat landing last year, authorities said.  New London County resident Tramyer Williams, 47, of Griswold, was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 21, and charged with first-degree sexual assault, Connecticut State Police said.
