Annual Passaic County Fair Offers Food, Summer Fun WOODLAND PARK, N.J. – Passaic County will host its annual County Fair from Thursday, Aug. 18 through Sunday, Aug. 21 on Garret Mountain Reservation in Woodland Park. The fair will be open from 6-11 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 3-11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Rides, fireworks, games, live music, a beer/wine garden, food, a car show, a chess tournament, health screenings and more will be available.
