DANBURY, Conn. — U.S. Rep. Elizabeth Esty, D-5th, recently toured the Regional Hospice and Home Care of Western Connecticut’s new Center for Comfort Care and Healing.
The center, which opened this year, is expected to serve more than 1,000 patients, many of them children, at its 36,000-square-foot hospice during the first year.
