DANBURY, Conn. -- A city man allegedly went through a red light and nearly struck vehicles on North Street in Danbury Thursday before being caught with drugs, according to The News-Times.
Michael Ramchandani, 36 was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics and one count of reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, The News-Times said.
