DANBURY, Conn. -- Forget about hosting a large, noisy party in Danbury, changes to the city's noise ordinance will leave the party's hosts with a $250 fine, according to WLAD.com.
Under the changes, the Danbury City Council has done away with the requirement for a noise reader, instead adopting a standard called "plainly audible," which targets noisy cars and large outdoor parties of 10 or more people who create a lot of noise, said WLAD.com.
