Variety is the name of the game, where walking into a Polish market and asking for kielbasa is like going to an American deli and asking for cheese.

The large variety of kielbasa at the Polonia Meat Market in Passaic is made and smoked on site by owners and brothers Ted and Stan, who have been running the Van Houten Avenue market for over 10 years.

Lunch and dinners to go are made fresh daily and for about $5 you can get a meat dish with veggies, all homemade.

Cold cuts, meat selections and side dishes are sold by the pound and specialty pantry items are also available.

Polonia Meat Market is located at 785 Van Houten Ave. Call (973) 779-3253 for more information.
