The popular chain which features customizable Mexican entrees is opening a location in the Plainview Shopping Centre at 327 South Oyster Bay Road.
The eatery serves food prepared fresh right in front of you from an extensive menu with Tacos, Burritos, Nake Burritos (no tortilla), Taco Salads, Quesadillas, Nachos, and Tortilla Soup.
Customers walk down the line to make their selections, choosing from toppings like vegetarian black or pinto beans, meats or vegetables, five types of salsas, hand-smashed guacamole, signature sauces like their 3-Cheese Queso.
Qdoba entrees include "chef-inspired builds" like Smoked Brisket Keto Bowl, which is smoked beef brisket and hand-smashed guacamole on lettuce, topped with the house pico de gallo, salsa verde and shredded cheese.
Another to try is Grilled Fajita Vegan Bowl of sauteed "fajita" vegetables, hand-smashed guacamole, corn salsa, house pico de gallo and salsa verde on seasoned brown rice and black beans.
The 3-Cheese Queso sauce and hand-mashed guacamole come with any entree.
"The food at Qdoba restaurant is so fresh and delicious. My go-to meal is the chicken burrito bowl with the shell. OMG. It is the bomb. And that's not the only thing that is really good on the menu; the tacos, quesadillas, and burrito. The food is fresh and tastes amazing," says a Yelp post by Duvesh S., of Queens.
