DANBURY, Conn. – The office building at 100 Mill Plain Road in Danbury has been sold for $12.4 million to New York-based EVO Real Estate Group.
The sale was negotiated by Jeffrey Dunne, Steven Bardsley and Patrick Carino of CBRE’s Institutional Properties.
The property is 92 percent leased with 91,553 square feet of office space. It is located less than a half-mile from Exit 2 of Interstate 84 in Danbury.
“100 Mill Plain Road’s diverse tenant roster along with its proximity to transportation and amenities and its location within the historically tight Northern Fairfield office submarket should provide stable occupancy for EVO Real Estate Group going forward,” Dunne said in a press release.
CBRE Institutional Properties specializes in the sale of investment properties in metropolitan New York. It has closed more than $11 billion in property sales in the last five years.
