Danbury Office Building On Mill Plain Road Sells For $3.25 Million

DANBURY, Conn. -- Goodfellow Real Estate agents have announced the sale of a three-story, 22,000-square-foot building at 108 Mill Plain Road for 3.25 million dollars, according to a report by The Stamford Advocate.

RTTT Investments, the owner and partial occupant in the building, has agreed to lease its former 9,000-square-foot office space for 30 months as part of the deal, the report said.
