A 47-year-old Connecticut woman was arrested after allegedly using racial slurs and then attacking a person who spoke up about her actions.

Kristina Pacelli, of Milford, was arrested on Sunday, March 28, after Milford Police responded to the area of 54 Naugatuck Ave., on the report of an assault that just occurred, police said.

An investigation led to the arrest of Pacelli who is accused of using racial slurs, police said.

A customer who overheard the racial comments allegedly spoke up and Pacelli is accused of then assaulting the female customer and pulling her hair as she was exiting the establishment.

Pacelli was charged with assault and breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear ticket.
