The interactive map will provide a breakdown of statistics in each Suffolk County municipality and each town using information from the New York State Department of Health.

According to the website, the map includes presumptive positive cases with a confirmed address. Presumptive positive cases without confirmed addresses are not represented on the map. The map does not include cases pending from the Department of Health.

Officials said the map will be updated as data is made available to Suffolk County.

According to the map, as of Friday, April 3, there were 10,303 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Suffolk, largely clustered toward the western-most parts of the county.

Suffolk County Executive said, “as the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, we know the importance of providing our residents with the latest and most up to date information on what is happening in their communities.”
