White Plains Residents Get Tips To Fight West Nile Virus WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Westchester County Department of Health is issuing a reminder to dump out standing water after four mosquito batches out of 150 tested were found to be carriers for the West Nile virus.
