Darien Officer Organizes Book Drive For Bridgeport School

DARIEN, Conn. -- Darien Police Officer Louis Moura assisted Holmes Elementary School in conducting a book drive for Bridgeport's Cesar Batalla School.

Moura was formerly a Bridgeport police officer and is currently school liaison officer to Holmes Elementary.

He coordinated the book drive with Holmes librarian and student council adviser Dyan Gonzales.

The books will be delivered to Cesar Batalla School on Friday, May 6.
