Felix "Cuba" Delgado, 40, was charged with being a fugitive from justice while police continue to investigate drug allegations, according to ctpost.com. He already was wanted by Massachusetts police for grave robbing, ctpost.com reported.
Police reportedly found two human skulls and other bones in Delgado's apartment, ctpost said.
