Man Shot In Chest On Busy Bridgeport Street

A man was shot in the chest in a late morning incident on a busy street in Bridgeport.

It happened around 10:15 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 8 near the 500 block of Arctic St., Bridgeport Police said.

The man, who was shot at least once, was transported to Bridgeport Hospital, where his condition is unknown as of early Sunday afternoon. 

The Detective Bureau is investigating.
