Have You Seen Him? Fairfield Police Seek Public's Help In Home Depot Theft

FAIRFIELD, Conn. — Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a person suspected of stealing more than $1,100 in thermostats and video doorbells from Home Depot.

On Dec. 12, police received a report of shoplifting at the Kings Highway Cutoff store.

The suspect captured on surveillance is believed to have stolen three Nest thermostats and two Ring wireless video doorbells with a total value of $1,173.48. He handed the cashier a pre-paid phone-card, grabbed the bagged items and ran out of the store into a white vehicle also caught on surveillance video, police said.
