As previously reported, Barr allegedly shouted that he intended to "blow the mayor's head off" after muscling his way into the government center on Thursday.

At the Golden Hill Street courthouse, Barr maintained that he holds no animosity towards the mayor and that the charge was fabricated by a security guard and mayoral aide Steve Nelson, reported ctpost.com

Superior Court Judge William Holden continued Barr's case to March 11 for Supervisory Assistant State's Attorney Margaret Kelly so more investigation can be done, ctpost.com said.
