Michael Zilinski, 58, of Milford, was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 29, after police responded to a Milford home for a possible domestic violence incident, Milford Police said.
An investigation led to the arrest of Zilinski who is accused of punching a man in the face, police said.
Zilinski was released from custody and issued conditions of release. Later in the evening, Milford Police responded to the same residence for another report of a possible domestic violence incident, police said.
An investigation led to the arrest of Zilinski - for the second time Sunday - for allegedly punching the same victim he hit earlier on that day. Zilinski has been charged with:
- Two counts of assault
- Violations of conditions of release
- Two counts of disorderly conduct.
He was released on a promise to appear ticket.
