Owen Hines, 19, and Taivon Reed, 18, were charged with three counts of assault, failure to have a pistol permit, reckless endangerment and illegal use of a firearm after shooting at partygoers during a family get-together on Anson Street, said the Connecticut Post.
One of the injured, a woman who was shot in the chest, is listed in critical condition at St Vincent's Medical Center. Another woman who was shot in the thigh, and a 9-year-old boy who was shot in both legs and the abdomen, are listed in good condition, added the Connecticut Post.
Hines and Reed are being held on $750,000 bond.
Witnesses told police that one of the partygoers had gotten into a fight the night before with one of the suspects, said the Connecticut Post.
