Bridgeport Police Release Video Of Suspects In Armed Robbery

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- The Bridgeport Police Department is looking for the public's help in identifying three suspects responsible for an armed robbery that occurred on Monday, Aug. 8, at Krauszer's Food Store.

The Bridgeport Police Department is looking for help in identifying three people responsible for an armed robbery that occurred on Aug. 8, at Krauszer’s Food Store on Fairfield Avenue.

In a surveillance video, the three men wearing white hooded jackets can be seen entering the store at 2579 Fairfield Ave. at 12:08 a.m., pulling a gun on the cashier, then emptying the cash registers and grabbing cigarettes. At one point, a customer enters the store but stands with his hands in the air as the robbery continues.

The suspects leave the store within a few minutes, getting away with an undetermined amount of cash. The cashier and customer were not injured. 

This is the second robbery at the store this summer. Police released a video of a similar crime that took place at about 11:15 p.m. on June 20.
