BRIDGEPORT, CONN. -- A Bridgeport man was charged with trying to sexual assault a 13-year-old girl, according to a report by the Connecticut Post.
The teen told police she had been hanging out with friends drinking and smoking pot in a basement when Andre Samuels came in and grabbed her, the Connecticut Post reported.
Samuels, 29, was charged with fourth-degree attempted sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor, police told the Connecticut Post.
