Bettina Magliocco, 87, Of Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Bettina Nobili Magliocco, 87, of Bridgeport, wife of the late Cesare Magliocco, died Monday, Oct. 5, 2015. 

Born March 18, 1928, in Torrice, Province of Frosinone, Italy, she was a daughter of the late Sebastiano and Arcangela Magliocco Nobili. 

Magliocco came to the United States in July 1954 and settled in Bridgeport. 

Before her retirement, she was a seamstress for many years with Mohawk Curtain, Mitchell Brothers and Bamco. 

Survivors include two sons, Frank Magliocco of Bridgeport and Lino Magliocco and his wife Lori of Shelton, seven grandchildren, Frank, Michael, Alex, Mathew, Alyssa, Erica and Stephanie, a brother-in-law, Angelo Magliocco and his wife Lidia of Trumbull, as well as several nieces and nephews. 

She was predeceased by a daughter-in-law, Cathryn Ann Magliocco, three brothers, Domenico, Antonio and Nicola Nobili, three sisters, Filomena Rossi, Luisa Minotti and Giovanna Paniccia, as well as a brother-in-law, Quirino Magliocco and his wife Fernanda. 

Funeral services will take place at 9:30 a.m.  Thursday in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull,and at 10:30 a.m. in St. Margaret's Shrine, Bridgeport, for a Mass of Christian Burial. 

Entombment will follow in the Pilgrimage Mausoleum of Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport. 

Relatives and friends may greet the family from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
