BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Alice Genevieve Lupien, of Bridgeport, died on Tuesday, Oct. 20. She was 91.
Lupien was born on Aug. 6, 1924, in Meriden to Edgar and Hermina Dessureau Lupien.
She graduated from Harding High School in Bridgeport.
She served in the Navy during World War II and worked in administrative support positions in health care, as an editor for various magazines and as an Advertising Production Manager for NAED.
Lupien was predeceased by her two sisters, Mary Agnes Lupien Gawitt and Helen Lupien Pivirotto.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Elaine Pivirotto of Bridgeport, Diane Pivirotto of Stratford, Arthur Pivirotto Jr. and his wife Sharon of Stratford, Richard Gawitt and wife Jean of Coventry and Dennis Gawitt of Seymour, along with several great- and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be on Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Larson Funeral Home, located at 2496 North Avenue in Bridgeport.
All other services will be private.
