ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A woman died after falling from the fourth floor of the Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack early Monday afternoon, according to the Clarkstown Police Department.

Photo Credit: FileThe incident, which occurred at 1:33 p.m., is still under investigation and may be a suicide, said Sgt. JoAnne Fratianni.
The mall remained open and only a small portion was cordoned off for the police investigation, she added.
