Michael Niedzwiecki was found guilty on Thursday, April 10, of sexual assault in the first degree and giving alcohol to a minor, the State's Attorney's Office said.
A jury convicted Niedzwiecki after being told he forcibly sexually assaulted the victim, prosecutors said.
He will be sentenced on June 18.
