Box Truck Engulfed In Flames On Route 422 In Montgomery County: PSP A white box truck caught fire along Route 422 East in Montgomery County, prompting an emergency response, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, March 3. The fire broke out at mile marker 185.5, just west of Indian Head Road, troopers said. Firefighters and tow crews were dispatched to the scene to contain the blaze and clear the roadway.
