Maurice Cole, 36, and Jerron Evans, 41, fatally shot 22-year-old Rondell Proctor, an Arkansas resident, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said.

It happened around 9 a.m. in the 21000 block of Awbrey Place, where multiple 911 callers reported flames and heavy smoke coming from a two-story, single-family home’s garage, according to Loudoun County Fire and Rescue.

A 57-year-old Englishtown man was killed after the vehicle he was driving crashed into a home, starting a fire on the morning of Tuesday, April 1 in Manalapan, authorities said.
