The lawsuit, which was filed on Monday, May 6, alleges that FedEx and the Dutchess County Parcel Service were negligent in the rape of a teen girl by Poughkeepsie resident Joshua J. Ginyard. Rensselaer County resident Sinead Corrigan, age 42, of Troy, was arrested Monday, May 6, on suspicion of felony grand larceny. Her arrest came a month after a Saratoga County business owner in Wilton contacted New York State Police in early April about an alleged theft. Troopers determined that Corrigan, who began working at the company in January, allegedly stole merchandise and cash totaling over $8,500.
