Police are investigating after some 15 vehicles were broken into in the parking area of a Connecticut hospital. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 1:20 p.m., Monday, May 13, at Gaylord Hospital in Wallingford. Surveillance cameras recorded a Hackensack man throwing bleach in the face of a mechanic at a Rochelle Park service station, then smashing his windshield, authorities said. A teenage girl has been accused of threatening mass harm to a school on Long Island. An Old Field Middle School official in Greenlawn notified police about the threat Friday afternoon, May 17. The school searched the teen's locker, Suffolk County Police said. She was arrested at the school at approximately 4:30 p.m. and charged with making a threat of mass harm, a Class B misdemeanor. Coroner IDs 21-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed In Carbon County Crash
Officials have identified the 21-year-old motorcyclist killed in a crash Friday afternoon, May 17 in Carbon County. Jayden David Gable was involved in a crash at the intersection of Interchange Road and Maple Avenue in Franklin Township just before 2:20 p.m., Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio said. The Mahoning resident was pronounced dead at 6:09 p.m. at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. The cause of death is multiple traumatic injuries due to the motor vehicle crash. Body Recovered After Person Jumps From Bear Mountain Bridge
A body was recovered after a person jumped from the Bear Mountain Bridge. The incident happened around 1 p.m. Friday, May 17. The body of the victim was recovered from the Hudson River near Stony Point, according to Trooper A.J. Hicks of the New York State Police. The identity of the person has not yet been released. Yet another Peeping Tom has been arrested in Arlington. This one was drunk, too, police said. Curtis Moore, 44, was identified as the man looking into the home of a woman on the 1500 block of Key Boulevard Road around 3:45 a.m. on Friday, May 17, county police said. A lookout was broadcast, and responding officers found Moore, who matched the victim's description of him, police said. Moore was charged with peeping and being drunk in public.
