A Maryland native has died in a Pennsylvania hospital more than a week after a serious crash, according to the York County Coroner's office. David C. Police in Gloucester Township have arrested a suspected hit-and-run driver, authorities said The fatal crash occurred on Monday, Nov. 7, at approximately 10:28 p.m. in the 800 block of the Black Horse Pike.
