Vehicular Homicide Charges Filed: Warminster Police
A Warminster man was arrested for vehicular homicide on Thursday, Oct. 3, according to police.
Nicholas Toth, 43, was arrested without incident and arraigned before Judge Christopher O'Neill, the Warminster Township Police Department said.
Toth was charged with Homicide by Vehicle, Reckless Driving, and Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed, according to police.
Toth's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 4, according to court documents. Unsecured bail was set at $100,000.

Police in Bucks County are seeking the public's help to locate a Warminster teen girl who was reported missing Wednesday.
Adora Wilson,16, was last seen walking out of the Valley Youth House in Warminster on Sunday, according to the Warminster Township Police Department.
Wilson is described as a black female, 5'5" tall, and 145 pounds with shoulder-length brown hair, police said.
She was last seen wearing a brown winter coat with fur on the hood, a yellow headband, black pants, and a black backpack, police said.

Bucks County Hunter Surrenders Months After Shooting That Killed 18-Year-Old Jason Kutt
Authorities on Wednesday announced the arrest of a 52-year-old man in the deadly October shooting of 18-year-old Jason Albert Kutt in Nockamixon State Park.
Kenneth Troy Heller, 52, of Warminster, surrendered to authorities on Dec. 30, Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub said.
"Clearly this isn’t a perfect ending,” he said. “Perfect would mean we have Jason back. But that’s just not how real life works, that’s not how criminal justice works, so this isn’t even really a happy ending, but it is a fair and a just and a final ending.”

Gotcha! Bucks County Man Nabbed In Theft Of Firearm, Jewelry From Local Home
Police have charged a 41-year-old man with stealing a firearm and jewelry from a Bucks County home in September, authorities said Monday.
On Sept. 18, police responded to a Villa Drive home Warminster Township, where a resident said a 9 mm pistol and several jewelry items had been stolen, Warminster Township police said.
Warminster police were able to track the sales of the jewelry and identify Justin Alexander Cutler, of Warminster, who was also found responsible for the theft of the firearm, police said.
