Restaurant Transforms Into Steakhouse After 14 Years In Yonkers
After more than a decade, a restaurant located on a Westchester County waterfront is beginning a new chapter.
The opening of One Pier Steakhouse, located in Yonkers at the former site of Dolphin Restaurant at 1 Van Der Donck St., was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, May 10.
The new steakhouse, which opened in early April, replaces Dolphin Restaurant after 14 years, the owners said on social media.

New 'Thriving' Eatery Now Serving Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner In Yonkers
A new restaurant serving all three meals of the day and plenty of cocktails has officially opened up for business in Westchester.
Beer Garden Bar & Grill, located in Yonkers at 887 Midland Ave., is now open to customers, Yonkers city officials announced on Friday, Nov. 3.
In a social media post, officials said the new eatery joined the city's "family of thriving local businesses."
The grill serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and also offers takeout in addition to dining in. Visitors can also stop by the bar to grab a drink.

Popular bakery-café chain Panera Bread will hold a grand opening for its newest location, located in Deer Park at 403 Commack Road, at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, the company announced.

Souvlaki Street officially opened in North Bellmore on Sunday, June 5, owner Alexandros Katehis said.
