Two people are facing charges after an incident in which a man threatened a woman's family with a shotgun at a Long Island home, leading to the discovery of firearms and other weapons, according to police.
Officers responded to a call for a disturbance at a residence in Old Bethpage at around 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 20.
Upon arrival, officers were notified of an argument between Patrick J. Jackson, age 54, Dorothy Scotto, age 42, both of Old Bethpage, and her immediate family members, Nassau County Police said.

Franklin Eduardo Sajbin, age 22, of Riverhead, was driving a 2004 Jeep eastbound near exit 66 in Yaphank when he struck a 2018 Alfa Romeo driven by David Cohen, age 55, of Old Bethpage, at approximately 2:20 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, Suffolk County Police said.
The Jeep then hit the guardrail and flipped over the embankment, landing on the LIE Service Road, according to police.

A man was indicted for murder in a July 6 fatal shooting during a robbery in an Old Bethpage park.
Brandon Torres, 22, of Staten Island was arraigned Friday, Aug. 2 and charged with second-degree murder, first-degree robbery, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and second-degree robbery, according to Nassau County District Attorney Madeline Singas.
Torres was remanded and is due back in court on Friday, Sept. 6. If convicted of the top count, he faces 25 years to life in prison.
