Police in Fairfield County arrested the first of several anticipated in connection with the shooting deaths of two armed men who robbed an illegal gambling club earlier this year. A Fairfield County man has been charged after allegedly attacking and robbing multiple women over four hours. Cecil Mills, age 35, of Bridgeport, was arrested around 11:30 a.m., on Saturday, Feb. 24 after a vehicle pursuit, crash, and foot chase that ended near the intersection of North Avenue and Madison Avenue.
