Exeter police responded to a crash on Route 422 on Wednesday afternoon, June 12. Authorities said it happened near Daniel Boone Road around 2:30 p.m. "Motorists should expect the road to be closed for an extended period of time," Exeter police said. Lane Closure: Stretch Of I-684 In Southeast To Be Affected
Traffic on a stretch of a busy highway in the Hudson Valley will soon be slowed by an upcoming lane reduction, officials announced. Southbound I-684 is set to be reduced to one lane between Exit 9 (I-84) and Exit 8 (Hardscrabble Road) in the Putnam County town of Southeast on Thursday, June 13, the New York State Department of Transportation announced. The closure will last between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. and will allow crews to perform bridge work, officials added.

Dump Truck Flips Injuring Driver On I-195 (

There was a crash with injuries involving an overturned dump truck on Interstate 195, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 2:10 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12 on I-195 westbound East of Exit 7 in Robbinsville, according to the NJDOT. A dump truck lost directional control, ran off the roadway to the right, struck a tree, and overturned, New Jersey State Police said. The driver of the dump truck was transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, State Police said. The crash remains under investigation.

A 25-year-old man died in a single-car crash on Thursday morning, June 6, authorities say. Rashon Christian-James Cooke of Philadelphia crashed at the corner of Berger and Diehl roads in Williams Township, said the Northampton County Coroner's Office.
