A woman is charged with reckless endangerment and related counts after police said she chased a man with a knife. Authorities said the victim saw Amber Lynn Miller walking on Park Avenue in Stroudsburg while armed with a knife on Thursday, June 6. An argument between two groups in Philadelphia last month led to the shooting death of an uninvolved woman, according to city police. Authorities said it happened around 4:45 p.m. on May 11, when three men were walking on the 4700 block of North Broad Street.
