A community is mourning their loss after a 32-year-old woman died due to a traumatic brain injury following a hit-run crash on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia. Tess Kathryn Fox, most recently of Springfield, Pennsylvania but formerly of West Deptford, New Jersey, died on Saturday, Sept. 14 as a result of the crash on Interstate 95 near Philadelphia International Airport on Saturday, Sept. 7, Pennsylvania State Police told Daily Voice on Thursday, Sept. 19, and as detailed in obituary published by McGuinness Funeral Homes. A 27-year-old Newark, DE man has been charged with murder in the crash that killed an 18-year-old University of Delaware freshman from New Jersey.
