Cops ID BMW Driver, 21, Dead In NJ Crash That Left Married Couple With Numerous Broken Bones
Brandon Amaro, a 21-year-old Roselle resident, was identified as the victim in a two-car crash on Saturday, June 29, authorities said.
At 11:45 p.m., officers responded to a crash between a BMW and a Subaru on the 400 block of East 1st Avenue, Roselle police said. The crash caused the Subaru to roll over and the BMW to burst into flames, police said.
A passerby pulled out Amaro of the BMW before it became engulfed in flames, police said. Amaro was pronounce dead at the scene, police said.

GOT 'EM! Pair Nabbed In Robbery Of Linden 7-Eleven
Two men were arrested in the robbery of a Linden convenience store after a three-week investigation, police said.
Lawrence Thomas, 29, of Plainfield, and Travis Price, 28, of Linden, were charged with first-degree robbery for their alleged roles in the Feb. 21 incident, Linden Police Lt. Christopher Guenther said.
Police responded to the 7-Eleven store on St. George Avenue around 10:15 p.m., on reports of a robbery.

Update: Roselle Woman, 94, Missing Since Monday Found Safe
UPDATE, 9:30 p.m. June 4: She has been found and is safe, Roselle police said.
Police in Roselle are asking the public's help locating a 94-year-old woman who was last seen Monday afternoon.
Thelma Lewis is black, 5' and weighs about 135 lbs. She was last seen at Wood and Sherman avenues in Roselle around 3 p.m. She was believed to be wearing black pants, a black jacket, a gray sweater with a pink neckline and black shoes.
